Wahaibi: the need to encourage the participation of family members in decision-making for the future of work
The Labor workshop organized by the Chamber in cooperation with the Arab family business center Wednesday (strategic planning for the family business) Highlighted the importance of strategic planning and effective role for looking ahead and improve the competitiveness of family businesses. Specialists in strategic management and family business Dr. Sami Bin Abdulla Al wahaibi, who presented the workshop stressed on the need to encourage the involvement of family members in the decision-making process for the future of work and family. Al wahaibi during the workshop that was embraced by the Chamber Jubail branch and saw a group of men and young business leaders of family businesses, the concept of family business and strategic planning, strategic planning and analysis steps the external environment for businesses and families, as well as future planning issues and the actual role of the directors of those companies in the upper and middle levels of management and operational. The workshop concluded with a focus on the need to build a culture of family interest in future planning process that ensures the survival and continuity of successful family companies.
